Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, We would like to introduce you to our innovative line of Micfil Ultrafine Filter Systems made in Germany for any fuel and any oil, which substantially contributes to reducing the running costs of your equipment by about 80-90%. Our filters increase operational availability, prolong the lifespan of engine parts like bearings, pistons rings, injectors, pumps etc. and protect the environment. Our system includes filter and fuel optimizer and we also cut down the carbon particles in the exhaust emission by about 30-40%. Importantly, our system will also clean out bacterial growth in diesel. Micfil Ultrafine filters clean your engine oil continuously to the extent that the oil no longer needs to be changed. For conformation, we recommend regular oil analysis or the use of our Micfil oil analyser/tester. Most people are not aware that oil is a mineral like iron, silver, gold or copper and does not wear out, breakdown or otherwise deteriorate to such an extent that it needs to be changed. The only reason that we changed our engine oil was because it became contaminated with water through condensation (Water + Sulphur= acid), acids, particles and sludge which will start an oxidation processes that then brings down the Total Base Number (TBN) and after a certain amount of time the oil needs to be changed. Over many years of experience, we can conclude that Micfil filters stop these negative processes. Normally, moisture generates in your engine oil because of different oil temperatures through different speeds and stop times (heating up and cooling down). Over time this condition will affect or damage the machinery. When your oil is continuously reprocessed, it is as good as new and will never need to be changed. The standard oil filters on your engine only clean down to maybe 10-15 or even 30 micron and this does not take out moisture. The particles smaller than 10 or 15 micron and moisture will damage the seals and bearings over time. Micfil Ultrafine Bypass Filters take out contaminants down to 0.5 micron and absorb all the moisture and formation of acid from your engine oil or any other oils such as: hydraulic oil; gear box oil; compressor oil etc. This leaves only very small additives and particles (0.02- 0.4 mic.) in the oil, enriching the lubricating qualities of the oil therefore extending the lifespan of the engine, gearbox or hydraulic system. This means you do not have to change the engine oil, Turbine oil, gear oil, hydraulic oil etc. any more or at least extend the oil life to indefinite. (Prove is the oil analyses.) With the same type of filter and the same type of insert, we are also cleaning the diesel together with our water separator down to 0.5 micron. Diesel fuel quality is getting worse worldwide and with it the problems in oil and fuel. The particles below the size of the standard filter in diesel and oil will destroy Injectors and piston rings over time. The particles passing the piston rings are damaging the sleeve and the rings. They are creating more abrasion in the engine oil side of the engine and build-up in the combustion space so reducing the efficiency of the combustion which leads to higher fuel consumption. Also, unburned particles going unfiltered through the exhaust increase emissions. and giving health problems to the society.
