Belzona 1111 (Super Metal)
A 2-part repair composite for metal repair and resurfacing based on solvent-free epoxy resin reinforced with silicon steel alloy. A 2-part repair composite for metal repair and resurfacing based on solvent-free epoxy resin reinforced with silicon steel alloy. This repair material has been developed to offer an extended working life, ideal for large applications where greater volumes of material are required or to provide adequate working time at higher temperatures. Belzona 1131 (Bearing Metal)
A 2-part epoxy metal repair composite with self-lubricating properties for creation of low friction surfaces and protection of lubrication systems from wear and seizure in the event of lubrication loss. This solvent-free repair composite has a unique microporous structure which allows it to trap and hold lubricating oil, minimising friction at start-up and improving the efficiency of mechanical equipment such as pumps. Belzona 1251 (HA-Metal)
A durable, single component metal repair composite based on a silicon alloy blended with a heat-activated epoxy resin. Designed to repair and protect metal surfaces suffering from Corrosion under Insulation (CUI), Belzona 1251 (HA-Metal) can be easily applied by spatula, applicator or brush.
This heat-activated material can be applied directly onto hot surfaces (70-150°C / 158-302°F) with minimal surface preparation avoiding production downtime. Once cured, this solvent-free repair composite provides outstanding corrosion protection.

A 2-part epoxy coating designed to improve efficiency of pumps, pipes, valves and other fluid handling equipment while protecting them from the effects of erosion and corrosion. This high performance product is proven to reduce energy consumption, provide excellent chemical resistance and lower maintenance costs.
Belzona 1341 (Supermetalglide) improves pump efficiency by using hydrophobic technology to repel process fluids and reduce turbulent flow. Efficiency increases of up to 7% have been recorded on new equipment and up to 20% on refurbished equipment.

Belzona 1391T is a 2-part ceramic filled epoxy coating which provides erosion and corrosion resistance to
equipment operating under immersion up to 120°C (248°F). It offers excellent resistance to a wide range of aqueous solutions, hydrocarbons and process chemicals.
This 2-coat, solvent-free system is applied using simple hand tools to areas requiring maximum erosion resistance. It has a long overcoat window and can be rapidly force cured allowing applications to be effectively completed with minimal downtime, shortening application time and simplifying maintenance procedures.
For situations where a sprayable coating is required, Belzona

Belzona 1392 (Ceramic HT2) will resist water, aqueous solutions, hydrocarbons in acid contaminated water and hydrocarbons up to temperatures of 120°C (248°F) in continuous immersion.

Under immersion, Belzona 1511 (Super HT-Metal) is suitable for applications up to 150 °C (302 °F). This product can be overcoated with

Belzona 1814 is a cost-effective 3-component repair system for the protection of surfaces subject to abrasive attack. This material is designed to provide protection in highly abrasive environments and is specifically formulated for application over large areas.
Supplied as a three-part system, with a base, solidifier and aggregate, Belzona 1814 is easy to mix and apply without the need for specialist tools. This thixotropic material will adhere to a wide range of substrates, providing a seamless abrasion resistant lining at thicknesses up to 12.7mm (1/2in).

Its fast curing properties results in minimal downtime for damaged equipment, and the product can experience full mechanical loading in as little as two hours after application.
This material has built in surface tolerant technology, enabling it to bond tenaciously onto steel substrates even when surface preparation is minimal or if the substrate is heavily contaminated with oil or water. The product can even be applied and cured underwater.

Belzona 3111 (Flexible Membrane)
A cold-applied liquid coating for long-term roof protection, providing outstanding waterproofing and weatherproofing properties. This single-component, water-based roof coating will bond strongly to all types of roofing materials, following even complex roof contours, and will allow the surface to breathe due to its microporous structure.
