Pipe and hose mounting clamps – general information

RUBBER P-CLIP, compliant with DIN 3016, suitable for fastening pipes, hoses, cable bundles, electric cable corrugated ducting (electrical conduits) etc. It clamps down firmly and safe, dampens vibrations and thus protects from abrasion or damage. Extensively used in a range of applications: agricultural machinery, construction machinery, engine manufacturing, railway industry, electrical equipment, white goods.

Bent from a single steel band length and lined with a rubber profile. Holes at both ends of the band are reinforced with steel plates to provide higher clamping force when exposed to large mechanical loads. The band is made either of zinc-plated carbon steel (W1) or AISI 304 stainless steel (W4), EPDM rubber profile liner is resistant to water, abrasion, temperature variations and ageing. W4 version is perfect for marine applications. Screw, washer and nut are not included.
