PERROT lever couplings – general information

PERROT is the most popular flexible pipe connection system in Poland. Originally developed as an irrigation system, but over the years it has been applied to completely new tasks. PERROT couplings consist of a male and a female part. The female part has a locking device and SBR seal as standard. Multiple applications include: farming, horticulture, industry, construction, road and tunnel construction, groundwater dewatering, waste water treatment plants, sewage disposal, environment protection.

Key advantages of the system:

• easy to connect, with one hand only;
• wide range of sizes (50, 70, 89, 108, 133, 159, 216 mm – this is the approximate outside diameter of a pipe);
• connection at an angle of up to 15° to both sides (sizes from 50 to 159 mm);
• full tightness even with dirt inside.

TUBES INTERNATIONAL®  offers zinc-plated steel couplings and stainless steel OPTIMA couplings (made entirely in AISI 316L stainless steel). The stainless steel version extends the scope of use of the couplings to the transfer of spirits, cooking oils, wines, beverages, acids, alkalis, refinery products, chemicals (provided the couplings are fitted with compatible seals), etc.

Working pressure: 10 bar (8 bar – for 216 mm size).
